Are you overwhelmed, confused, and
constantly questioning yourself?
Freedom is on the other side.
Healing is possible.
And you don’t have to do it alone.
“Un-gaslight”: The process of un-distorting one’s reality,
restoring clarity and a sense of “self”.
“Liberation”: The action of setting someone free from imprisonment, slavery, or oppression.

Whether it’s a parent or family member, a current or former partner, a manager, business partner, or even a teacher or public figure in your community — these personality types are all around us, and their effects can cut deep.
Recognising what you're really dealing with is your first step towards healing.

Consider This Your Invitation
To remember who you are.
To untangle the web of confusion.
To lift the veil and break the spell.
To dissolve the dissonance.
To dismantle the trauma bond.
To learn what no one ever taught you
about narcissistic abuse.
To surround yourself with support.
To heal from the trauma.
To reclaim your voice, your boundaries, your true self.
The 4 Pillars to Un-Gaslight Yourself
These four pillars are your foundation for recovery. They guide you step by step: out of confusion, into support, back to yourself, and ultimately into freedom.
Each one is rooted in lived experience, grounded insight, and practical tools to help you break the cycle—gently, powerfully, and for good.
Did You Know?
-
Up to 19% of the population have a personality disorder? That’s over 1.5 billion people worldwide. These aren’t rare conditions — they’re all around us. It’s time we understand them deeply.
-
Over 80% of survivors meet criteria for PTSD or CPTSD. But 100% experience cognitive dissonance — the internal split that keeps you stuck, second-guessing, and unable to break free.
-
Most therapists aren’t properly trained in personality disorders. Studies show that many survivors of narcissistic abuse experience therapy-induced trauma — retraumatised by well-meaning professionals who unintentionally gaslight or fail to recognise the dynamics of abuse.
-
Cognitive dissonance and trauma impair the frontal lobe of the brain, affecting decision-making, emotional regulation, and your ability to recognise danger — exactly why it feels so hard to leave or go no-contact.
-
Couples therapy with a narcissist doesn’t work. It often backfires, making things worse — both for the narcissist (who can weaponise therapy) and for you (who ends up further invalidated).
-
Understanding the psychology and neuroscience of abuse is protective. Research shows that the deeper your insight into the disorder, the less likely you are to get hoovered back in — or attract another narcissist in the future.

Meet
Kristen
I’m a guide, author, and healing facilitator for those reclaiming themselves after narcissistic abuse. My work weaves together psychoeducation, spiritual insight, energy healing, somatic work, and soul remembrance to help people un-gaslight themselves and free themselves from the web and cycle of abuse. For years, I did deep healing work — a variety of therapies, spiritual practice, self-enquiry, 12-step work — but I couldn’t fully break free until I understood what I was actually dealing with. It wasn’t until I recognised I was in a narcissistically abusive dynamic that everything changed. Within a year of naming it, I made it to the other side, experiencing a liberation I never knew possible. Un-Gaslight Yourself is the culmination of that journey — blending research, lived experience, and what I’ve seen work for my clients and community. I don’t believe in pathologizing people, but I do believe in calling things what they are, so we can heal. My mission is to help you name what’s happening, recognise the patterns, and step into your power with clarity, compassion, and courage. This isn’t about surviving. It’s about coming home to yourself and getting back to living the life that you came here to live – joyful, whole, and free.
