Kristen Veronica offers a range of digital courses and online workshops that are accessible immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content and energetic work, we do not offer refunds except where required by consumer protection laws.

1. Courses & Digital Products​

All sales are final. Please ensure the product or service is right for you before purchasing. If you are experiencing technical issues, contact us and we will do our best to resolve them promptly.

2. Live Events & Group Programs​

​

In the case of live coaching programs or workshops:

• Refunds are not guaranteed.

• Requests made more than 7 days prior to the start of the event may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Once the event begins, no refunds will be issued.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in the case of duplicate purchases or failure to access the product due to system error.
